Yes, it's been awhile

I haven't been blogging for about a month now, and unfortunately there's not really a "cool," or "good" reason for that.

I guess I could claim I was in Cambodia, receiving a magic hat from a spy......

WSOP coverage thoughts

The one thing that keeps coming to mind as I watch ESPN's presentation of the World Series of Poker is how bad beats happen to everyone; the cards don't care if you're an online player or if you are a multi-year pro. I keep this mind anyone types at a poker site "That's UB for ya," or "Online poker is a joke." These types of random, seemingly impossible suck outs and bad beats happen to everyone, whether live or online.

I'm gonna try and remember that before getting too angry at my next bad beat.
